The July meeting of the TCG commenced at approximately 10:00am on July
6th.

The following were present at least part of the day:

At approximately 12:30, the ballots concerning the vote to adopt the new
constitution were counted.  Forty-five ballots were received back from
members.  The vote was as follows:

44 - Yes
1   - No

The new constitution is adopted and shall take effect immediately.
Special thanks again to those who helped in this process.  The total
donation to offset the cost of mailing the ballots was $26 (plus 3 34c
stamps).

Other topics included:
- Rhombic and phased vertical antenna theories and past personal
observations
- Antenna alternatives for antenna-challenged operating locations
(gutters, wood stoves, etc)
- DX Beacon system theory of operation and uses
- Personal experiences with various brands of tuners and
antenna/radio/tuner combinations
- Antenna alternatives for 160m

The meeting adjourned with the last member (save the host) departing at
about 4:00pm.
